This Privacy Policy explains how “The Joker's Glitch” (the “App”) handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy. The App is a single-player, fully offline puzzle game for iPhone.
1. Information We Collect
None. The App does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, device identifiers, photos, or any other personal data.
2. How Your Game Data Is Stored
Your gameplay data — level progress, coins, solved puzzles, records, achievements, and your sound & haptics settings — is saved only in your device's local storage (Apple's on-device UserDefaults). This data never leaves your iPhone and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
3. No Third Parties, No Tracking
The App contains no analytics, no advertising networks, no social logins, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It makes no network requests for gameplay and works fully offline. Nothing you do in the App is tracked, profiled, or shared.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is safe for players of all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children under 13.
5. Deleting Your Data
You are always in control of your data:
- Use Reset All Data in the App's Settings → Profile screen to permanently erase your progress, coins, achievements, and records.
- Deleting the App from your device removes all of its local data completely.
6. Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Since the App collects no data, any changes will be minor and clarifying.
